This lakefront Pocono home has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to nine guests.

The first-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed, roomy dresser, and sliding glass doors that overlook the lakefront and open onto the large back deck.

The second floor offers two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, closets, and unique lighting.

The 3rd bedroom offers a private balcony with sliding glass doors, a lake view, and romantic swing seats on the balcony.

The second floor also boasts a cozy bonus room that features a jackknife sofa that sleeps one, Roku TV, and funky décor. (Covertiable sofa good for youth sleeper)

All second-floor bedrooms are just steps from the full bath and landing balcony that overlooks the great room.

☆☆ CLEAN & EFFICIENT BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are two freshly remodeled full bathrooms in the house; one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The sunny and bright upstairs bathroom offers a fully tiled soaking tub /shower, exotic wood vanity, and matte black fixtures. The lower level bathroom offers a roomy glass-enclosed shower with a large shower head newly updated vanity and fixtures.

☆☆ INDOOR COOKING & GATHERING SPACES☆

Walking into the house, you are greeted by a sunken living and dining room with a wall of tall windows, bathing this great room in light and lake views.

The living room features a fireplace topped with a unique geometric feature wall, large TV, and a pull-out queen sofa that sleeps, two guests.

The dining room, open to the living area, offers a dining table that extends to seat 10 guests.

This fully renovated kitchen offers sparkling white granite countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar, ideal for morning gatherings before a day exploring the great outdoors.

☆☆ LAKEFRONT LIVING☆☆

This wide and flat yard offers spectacular sunset views, frequent wildlife visitors, and provides a great place for a friendly game of ball or chase, perfect for your four-legged travelers as well. The lakefront offers shallow edge access along with over 75ft of frontage. The large deck provides a new Weber gas grill and outdoor dining area ideal for alfresco dining with a table. We do have 2 kayaks available upon request from April 1st to October 31st weather permitting.

Firepits are prohibited in the community as we are in a heavily wooded area/



☆☆GUEST ACCESS☆☆

There is a keypad on the door, so you can come and go from the house without worrying about keeping track of keys. There is a well-lit private driveway with room for five cars, and a garage for those brisk Pocono mornings.

The property is located within a community that has pool(s), parks, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, and basketball courts. If you would like to use the amenities you must pre-register for them one week prior to check-in. Please email us for assistance with registration.

Additional fees apply for community amenities:

1 day pass for $10.00/per person.

3 day pass for $15.00/Child, $20.00/Adult

7 day pass for $20.00/Child, $30.00/Adult

Children under 6 free with adult registration.

Fishing requires a PA fishing license as well as an amenity pass.

Many guests want to bring their dogs as they are part of the family! We allow up to 2 non-shedding house-trained dogs. If you bring a dog there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. It will be an additional $50 for a second dog. We charge this fee for 2 reasons. Pet damage is not covered under your security deposit through Airbnb, secondly, our cleaning crew charges more when we have animals on the premises as they have to do a deeper clean. We need to be sensitive to our guest that may have pet allergies. This fee will be sent as a separate request once your reservation is paid in full as per Airbnb's policy. We will allow up to 5 cars. All cars must be parked in the driveway. The community does not allow on-street parking

Any fines incurred due to rules not being followed will be the responsibility of the guest. In addition, each material infraction (e.g. major noise ordinance violation, fireworks, party as defined by the Community, not registering with the Community per the instructions, having more guests than the property allows [which is due to septic system constraints], etc.) will be subject to a $500 fine. This fine reflects the amount of time we need to spend with the Community and/or Township addressing the violation, as well as the fact that it puts our business permit at risk. We want you to enjoy your stay, but also need to communicate that the Community and Township take their rules seriously (these rules are for the safety and enjoyment of everyone).
