This sprawling Pocono home has three second-floor bedrooms and two on the basement level, allowing up to 10 guests to enjoy this spacious property.
The second-floor primary suite features an elegant design, king size bed, a restful vintage rocking chair, and en suite bathroom.
The second king bedroom boasts outrageous lake views, a four-poster bed, and a small private balcony, making it a guest favorite.
The third second-floor bedroom features two twin beds and is styled to inspire sweet dreams, making it a great place for the kids to sleep.
All second-floor bedrooms are just steps from the two freshly renovated full bathrooms on this level.
The basement level offers two more bedrooms.
The basement features a second primary suite with a king-size bed and plenty of natural light from the above-grade window as well as a newly updated on-suite, which is also accessible from the game room.
The spacious second basement bedroom offers two queen beds and natural light from windows facing the lake.
All bedrooms feature USB charging stations and ample closet space, and most have dressers.

The newly renovated second-floor primary on-suite bath features crisp white tile, a deep soaking tub with a glass enclosure, and plenty of natural light for getting ready in the morning.
The other second-floor bath is also newly renovated, boasting a tile shower with Nebia shower head, and plenty of space for all of your toiletries and personal items.
The second primary on-suite bathroom is equipped with a tiled shower with a Nebia shower head while also being accessible from the adjoining game room/bar area.
Located on the main floor, you will also find a well-appointed powder room for your convenience.
Also located on the basement level is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

☆☆ INDOOR COOKING & GATHERING SPACES☆
 The kitchen offers French doors that offer convenient access to the grilling area.
The open floor plan dining room features two separate dining room tables that can be pushed together or used to separate the children and adults while still allowing for everyone to gather together while cooking and eating. Guest can watch the TVs mounted in the two adjoining living areas while they enjoy their meals.
The smaller of the two living areas features a Smart TV, plush wrap-around sofas, and opens onto the large deck that features a grilling area, outdoor dining table, and gathering space, two lounge chairs for sunning, and relaxing as well as another small seating area. All of which overlooks the lake below with breathtaking views straight across to the other side of the lake.
The larger, sunken family room offers more of the same velvety sofas so all of the group can sit and lounge in front of the large Smart TV. Vaulted ceilings, numerous windows, and the massive decorative stone fireplace* make this a perfect place to spend a rainy afternoon watching movies or a big game. This room also opens onto the dining deck so you’ll have easy access to all the outdoor activities too! 
*Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. We have ductless heating and cooling throughout the home.

☆☆ FUN & GAMES☆☆
The large, fully finished basement features a variety of seating, vintage mid-century fireplace*, large Smart TV, pool table, basketball, and foosball table as well as a bar area making it the ultimate hang-out for kids and kids at heart!
The game room opens onto the backyard that features ample flat, grassy area and a propane fire pit for those chilly Pocono evenings.

☆☆GUEST ACCESS☆☆
There is a keypad on the door, so you can come and go from the house without worrying about keeping track of keys. There is a well-lit private driveway with room for several cars, and a garage for those brisk Pocono mornings.
The property is located within a community that has pool(s), parks, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, and basketball courts. If you would like to use the amenities you must pre-register for them one week prior to check-in. Please email us for assistance with registration. 

Many guests want to bring their dogs as they are part of the family! We allow up to 2 non-shedding house-trained dogs. If you bring a dog there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. It will be an additional $50 for a second dog. We charge this fee for 2 reasons. Pet damage is not covered under your security deposit through Airbnb, secondly, our cleaning crew charges more when we have animals on the premises as they have to do a deeper clean. We need to be sensitive to our guests that may have pet allergies. This fee will be sent as a separate request once your reservation is paid in full as per Airbnb's policy.

Additional laundering of any linens, textiles, or upholstery that is beyond normal wear and tear will result in an additional charge of $200. This includes but is not limited to: stains, tears, and excessive dog hair from non-shedding dog breeds.
 
Additional fees apply for community amenities:
1 day pass for $15.00/per person.
3 day pass for $20.00/ per person 
7 day pass for $40.00/per person
Children under 2 free with adult registration.
Fees may change and are at the discretion of the community.
Office closes at 4 pm on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday so guests should purchase tickets in advance through Emerald Lakes Association.

Any fines incurred due to rules not being followed will be the responsibility of the guest. In addition, each material infraction (e.g. major noise ordinance violation, fireworks, party as defined by the Community, not registering with the Community per the instructions, having more guests than the property allows [which is due to septic system constraints], etc.) will be subject to a $500 fine. This fine reflects the amount of time we need to spend with the Community and/or Township addressing the violation, as well as the fact that it puts our business permit at risk. We want you to enjoy your stay, but also need to communicate that the Community and Township take their rules seriously (these rules are for the safety and enjoyment of everyone).
