This two-story home features a total of three bedrooms and a flex playroom for multiple sleeping options.

Both first-floor bedrooms feature and clean and friendly design with queen foam mattresses along with dressers and closets to accommodate your travel wardrobe. Both bedrooms are just steps from the shared full bath.

The second-floor master features vaulted ceilings, a desk for the occasional work email, and is also just steps from the newly renovated full bath with tub.

Tucked away, off the master bedroom, is a playroom with flex sleeping area and a large TV. Perfect for separate sleepers or late-night movie watching.


Both bathrooms are modern, clean, and newly renovated with textured subway tile, hexagon floor tiles, and a large niche for all of your toiletries. Generous vanities and large well-lit mirrors round out these spa-like bathrooms.

Also located in the master bedroom is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.


This well-appointed kitchen offers ample cabinets with granite countertops, new appliances, a generous island with bar stools, perfect for casual breakfast and meal prep.

The flexible open floor plan allows everyone to gather together while cooking, eating, and watching TV.

The French doors into the sun-drenched dining room offer flexibility if you choose to close them for a little quiet. Plus, the large sliding glass doors in the dining room open onto the sprawling deck, perfect for those comfortable Pocono evenings when you want to let the outside in.

The large second-floor loft overlooks the great room and offers an extra-large sofa so all of the group can lounge in front of the 65” TV (Roku stream to access your accounts), making this a perfect place for everyone to gather for a rainy day movie or the big game.

The wraparound deck offers a dining area for 8, with a Weber gas grill for the perfect cookout experience. 

With a picnic table in the yard and multiple access points to the large deck, you can enjoy a day in nature without going too far.

Then, when it's time to relax, step off the deck onto the back patio where you will be met by the private hot tub enclosure that offers the perfect combination of natural light and summer breezes while sheltering you from the harsh winter air. Sink into the inviting, bubbling water of the hot tub to soak after a day of skiing, hiking, or shopping. The perfect ending to a blissful Pocono day! (We do try to keep the hot tub open year round however we can only guarantee availability between April 1st and October 31st. After October 31st the hot tub will be open weather permitting.)


There is a keypad on the door, so you can come and go from the house without worrying about keeping track of keys. There is a well-lit private driveway with room for several cars, and a garage for those brisk Pocono mornings.

The property is located within a community that has pool(s), parks, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, and basketball courts. If you would like to use the amenities you must pre-register for them one week prior to check-in. Please contact us for registration information.

Additional fees apply for community amenities:
1 day pass for $15.00/per person.
3 day pass for $20.00/ per person
7 day pass for $40.00/per person
Children under 2 free with adult registration.
Fees may change and are at the discretion of the community.
Office closes at 4 pm on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday so guests should purchase tickets in advance through Emerald Lakes Association.

Many guests want to bring their dogs as they are part of the family! We allow up to 2 non-shedding house-trained dogs. If you bring a dog there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. It will be an additional $50 for a second dog. We charge this fee for 2 reasons. Pet damage is not covered under your security deposit through Airbnb, secondly, our cleaning crew charges more when we have animals on the premises as they have to do a deeper clean. We need to be sensitive to our guests that may have pet allergies. This fee will be sent as a separate request once your reservation is paid in full as per Airbnb's policy.

Additional laundering of any linens, textiles, or upholstery that is beyond normal wear and tear will result in an additional charge of $200. This includes but is not limited to: stains, tears, and excessive dog hair from non-shedding dog breeds.

Any fines incurred due to rules not being followed will be the responsibility of the guest. In addition, each material infraction (e.g. major noise ordinance violation, fireworks, party as defined by the Community, not registering with the Community per the instructions, having more guests than the property allows [which is due to septic system constraints], etc.) will be subject to a $500 fine. This fine reflects the amount of time we need to spend with the Community and/or Township addressing the violation, as well as the fact that it puts our business permit at risk. We want you to enjoy your stay, but also need to communicate that the Community and Township take their rules seriously (these rules are for the safety and enjoyment of everyone).

The maximum number of cars on the property is 4. No on-street parking.

Guests must be 25 to book.
