With private lake access and ample room for you and your guests, this is a perfect escape from the daily grind and close quarters. 


This large Pocono home has a first-floor en-suite master bedroom as well as a second-floor en-suite bedroom, a third spacious bedroom on the second floor along with a flex space, allowing up to 10 guests to enjoy this spacious property.

The large, first-floor master suite features a bohemian rustic design, a king-size bed, a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a deep tub, and an oversized walk-in closet that can be used as a nursery room for travelers with infants and toddlers.

A second, smaller master on the upper floor offers a vaulted ceiling, grand windows, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom.

The other second-floor bedrooms offer a lake view and a king-size bed with a vaulted ceiling. This bedroom is just steps from the third full bath.

The newly renovated master en-suite bath features a deep soaking tub, modern tile surround, and tile floors.

The second-floor master en-suite bath shines with a crisp white tiled shower with a glass enclosure, matte black fixtures, and barn door access.

The third full bath is on the second floor and is a twin to the second-floor master bath.

Also located on the first floor is a powder room and full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.


The open floor plan dining room boasts a wall of windows with stunning lake views and allows everyone to gather together while cooking and eating. The extra-long dining table seats up to 10 comfortably. Guests can watch TV while they enjoy their meals or work in the kitchen.

The large family room boasts vaulted ceilings and an extra-large sofa so all of the group can lounge in front of the large TV, gas-fired stone fireplace, and water views making this a perfect place to spend a rainy afternoon watching your favorite movies or reading that new book.

The first-floor sunroom offers three-sided lake views, comfortable seating, patio access, and a desk area for those who need to sneak in a little work between boating, hiking, and relaxing.

The second-floor flex space features a sofa with a trundle, ample closet space, and lake views making it a great space for the kids to hang out or take a rest after a long day of Pocono fun.


The large fully finished basement features poker, pool, ping pong, foosball tables, and other family games. Of course, no rec room would be complete without comfy sofas, enormous Smart TV, and a bar area.


Step out of the first-floor sunroom onto the stone patio and enjoy a family feast at the large dining table, prepared on the Weber gas grill. Then, meander down the stone paths, lined by lush wild blueberry bushes towards the shoreline. There you will find a secluded, shaded entertainment area on the tip of the peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides. Just up from that, you’ll find a mooring area equipped with kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and even a canoe. Everything you need to explore the calm Pocono waters. (2 Kayaks are available from April 1st to October 31st)

There is a keypad on the door, so you can come and go from the house without worrying about keeping track of keys. There is a well-lit private driveway with room for 4 cars.

The property is located within a community that has pool(s), parks, lakes, fishing (fishing also requires a PA fishing license), tennis courts, and basketball courts. If you would like to use the amenities you must pre-register for them one week prior to check-in. Please email us for assistance with registration.

Additional fees apply for community amenities:
1 day pass for $15.00/per person.
3 day pass for $20.00/ per person
7 day pass for $40.00/per person
Children under 2 free with adult registration.
Fees may change and are at the discretion of the community.
Office closes at 4 pm on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday so guests should purchase tickets in advance through Emerald Lakes Association.

Sleeping arrangements: 
Our home can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first-floor master bedroom has a King size bed that accommodates 2 people. We have a 2nd smaller master bedroom upstairs with a Full size that sleeps, 2 people. The third bedroom has a King that sleeps 2. We do have another room upstairs that has a day bed with a trundle that can sleep. The trundle does not fit together to make a larger bed.  2. We also have a sofa with a pull-out in the basement/ game room area.

Many guests want to bring their dogs as they are part of the family! We allow up to 2 non-shedding house-trained dogs. If you bring a dog there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. It will be an additional $50 for a second dog. We charge this fee for 2 reasons. Pet damage is not covered under your security deposit through Airbnb, secondly, our cleaning crew charges more when we have animals on the premises as they have to do a deeper clean. We need to be sensitive to our guests that may have pet allergies. This fee will be sent as a separate request once your reservation is paid in full as per Airbnb's policy.

Additional laundering of any linens, textiles, or upholstery that is beyond normal wear and tear will result in an additional charge of $200. This includes but is not limited to: stains, tears, and excessive dog hair from non-shedding dog breeds.

Any fines incurred due to rules not being followed will be the responsibility of the guest. In addition, each material infraction (e.g. major noise ordinance violation, fireworks, party as defined by the Community, not registering with the Community per the instructions, having more guests than the property allows [which is due to septic system constraints], etc.) will be subject to a $500 fine. This fine reflects the amount of time we need to spend with the Community and/or Township addressing the violation, as well as the fact that it puts our business permit at risk. We want you to enjoy your stay, but also need to communicate that the Community and Township take their rules seriously (these rules are for the safety and enjoyment of everyone).
